The Honour Board has been established as a way for the Moreton Bay Arts Council to acknowledge the individuals, groups, organisations and events that helped establish the Moreton Bay’s cultural identity The Honour Board is an ongoing project that seeks the support of the community to identify significant individuals, groups and organisations and events who were active in the arts and culture community before 2007. When an individual, group, organisation or event is nominated, the nomination ought to contain reasons for the application, along with any relevant support material. All applications will be considered by the MBAC, who will either:

  1. Approve the application for listing.
  2. Place the applicant on the Nominated list pending further information.
  3. Decline the application.

The MBAC will contact all applicants during this process. Please contact the us if you would like to nominate an arts or cultural individual, group, organisation or event for the Honour Board, or you would like to add to the information already presented on the Board.
